While it's been a trying year in general, it's been a wonderful year for me including a new book of poetry, travel in Eastern Europe, a new writing project, a bike trip in France, to name just a few. This has all been very exciting and now I'm asking you to support me as I raise money for cancer research at Princess Margeret Hospital and prepare foe the ride in June 2010.
Certainly almost daily yoga practice at the Danforth Studio will be fundamental to my conditioning for the 200 km in 2 days. I'd be happy to connect with any of you who are also training for the RTCC.
